Job description

Are you a detail-oriented multitasker? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly? We’re looking for someone like that who can provide administrative support to the Wealth Management team.

In this role you’ll:

  • prepare and enter data into wealth plans and track their progress
  • take care of settlement of accounts, processing invoices and expenses, printing and mailing cheques to
    employees and vendors, conducting cheque runs twice a month and preparing cheque log for sign off
  •  assist with compliance reports, including daily trade reports and consolidation on a quarterly basis
  • provide organizational support for Finance and Product departments, including preparing boxes for
    offsite storage and ordering cheques
  • administer filing systems, including the filing of invoices and journal entries
  • coordinate various internal communications material, such as preparing daily and quarterly reports and
    minutes for weekly Finance meetings and tracking action items, training material on T&E claim form,
    quarterly expense accrual message
  •  assist annually with preparation for external audit
  • managing our external service provider list with other affiliates
  • manage vacation planner/dashboard for Products and Finance teams

Your team

You’ll be working as part of our Wealth Management Team and share Wealth Planning and Finance responsibilities in Toronto, Canada.

We tailor custom wealth management and investment solutions based on our client’s monetary requirements. We seek to understand our client’s objectives and make suggestions on how best to achieve their money management goals.

Your expertise

You have:

  •  ideally some years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, highly professional environment
  •  demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

    You are:

  • a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • organized, with an innate sense of how to prioritize and willingness to learn new systems (e.g., SUN GL)
    able to work flexible hours, when needed
