Kick start a new career in digital marketing! This is a full-time entry-level position and training is provided.

OPM Pros, an industry leading Affiliate Marketing agency, located in Montreal, Quebec, is looking to bring on an organized Operations Specialist, to join our growing family of digital marketers, creatives, and multi-faceted business professionals. The Operations Specialist is responsible for handling all day-to-day operational tasks within the network for client accounts, as well as simple client launches, migrations, basic reporting, and analysis-related tasks that help support our Client Services Team members and Clients.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate about learning, possess good analytical skills with a proven experience in excel, able to troubleshoot, multitask and work under the pressure of tight deadlines. Specific responsibilities include operational tasks, analyzing data and suggesting operational improvements.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Execute daily operational tasks for your roster of clients including creating text links, banners, custom reports as well as processing test orders and monthly returns.
  • Communicate promotions to top affiliates and provide technical support to Account Managers.
  • Monitor account activities (key sales channels, anomalies, KPIs)
  • Conduct quality assurance related to testing of promotions, coupons, products, network interface.
