We are looking to hire an Operations Intern to work with us to build the business and grow Ampli.

This role involves the building and continuous improvement of the Ampli Operations team including responding to complex member inquires requiring further analysis (e.g. missing cash back and helping members unable to connect their bank account), offer implementations onto the app and a daily member audit.

You must be comfortable wearing multiple hats and collaborating among teammates across many functions. The Ampli Operations Team is considered an agile environment and so candidates with great problem-solving capabilities along with strong attention-to-detail will be well suited for this role.

What will you do?

Offer Implementation

  • Assist in critical & time sensitive offer implementations for Ampli by working with multiple teams in the organization
  • Ability to source the correct information for offers using technical solutions such as Salesforce
  • Provide attention to detail when assisting with offer creation, maintenance & quality assurance
  • This team is heavy on the administrative side and requires a strong attention to detail, cross-referencing data sources and having a final review of the offer before it goes live on the Ampli app

Ampli Member Support

  • Investigate and respond to complex Ampli member support inquiries with the goal of providing superior member support through timely responses and resolutions to their needs
  • Monitor, track & respond to incoming member inquiries leveraging innovative technology solutions such as Intercom
  • Prioritize & triage based on severity and sensitivity of open issues with the ability to escalate where needed
  • Stay informed on product changes/updates in order to accurately assist members with the inquiries
  • Work cross functionally with all teams across Ampli in

System Audit

  • Analyze large amounts of member data to uncover patterns to identify potential gaming and/or fraud among Ampli member accounts
  • Use tools and/or processes to tag members that have been identified as potential risk contributors
  • Utilize system tools to process Ampli member cash out requests in a timely matter

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Hold strong interests in customer support and/or operations related role
  • Comfortable leveraging technology and learning new applications
  • Ability to clearly communicate in English, both oral and written
  • Self-starter, thinker in action, a planner and a doer; always a team player

Nice-to-have

  • Entrepreneurial attitude
  • Experience and success in both small startup environments and large organizations
  • Experience working or holding strong interests within the cash back rebates industry
  • Experience with data comparison
  • Familiarity with MS Office products
