We’re on the lookout for someone unique. A person with drive, passion and energy to create something great. You will join our Vancouver team working across a variety of clients including Automotive and Personal Care brands

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and present strategic direction for clients
  • Produce digital media plans and buy media across paid channels, as well as Print, OOH and Radio at times
  • Maintain analytical perspective, building out KPI and measurement frameworks
  • Quality control; monitor and work closely with direct/indirect reports to ensure all deliverables are met effectively (campaign and general administration)
  • Champion best-in-class training and development for yourself and direct/indirect reports
  • Input in developing and communicating the agency team’s POV on opportunities, trends, and issues to multiple stakeholders at various of levels of business
  • Build and foster strong client relationships

What you bring to the table.

  • Familiarity and knowledge across all media channels , especially digital
  • Client management experience and superior communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Knowledge in media platforms an asset: Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google Ads, DV360
  • An understanding of programmatic advertising
  • Fluency in all syndicated media tools
  • Knowledge of research tools, like Telmar
  • Knowledge of Adtraq is an asset
  • Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Open-minded & curious: you love to learn and try new things
  • Entrepreneurial: you embrace autonomy and can adapt quickly
  • Creative-minded: you often find your ideas and way of thinking are different than others around you
  • Highly collaborative: you’re a team player, always willing to help out
  • Passionate & positive: you thrive in a dynamic environment
